From Iceland to London

I am very happy to share that one of my portrait photographs will be exhibited at the Coningsby Gallery in London from July 9–11.

The image will be part of a digital exhibition, continuing a journey that has already carried this photograph much further than I ever expected when it was first created.

Like many of the portraits I work on, this image was never really about perfection, posing, or appearance alone. It was about trying to capture something quieter and more human beneath the surface — a fleeting moment that feels real before it disappears again.

Thank you Marta!

A special thanks goes to Marta for sitting for this portrait and for trusting my way of seeing.

Sometimes photographs travel further than we imagine when they are first taken.
